• 1911　The FILA family were founded at Biella, Italy in 1911.

• 1973　In 1970s, FILA was transitioned from textile to manufacture sportswear with a revolutionary concept. They developed a tennis T-shirt with white background and vertical pinstripe and blue collar, and designed a red and blue “ F-BOX" logo, where presented the sunshine and ocean of Mediterranean.

• 1993　FILA was listed at US stock market in May 23th, 1993.

• 1995　FILA Sport Taiwan Ltd. was founded.

• 2003　SBI (US) purchased FILA in mid-2003, shifted headquarter  to N.Y.C from Biella. And set up Asia head office in Seoul, Korea.

• 2007　Fila Korea Ltd. and its Global Leading Brands House (GLBH) purchased FILA in March, 2007.

• 2007　YIh Dah Co., Ltd. acquired Taiwan exclusive licensee agreement and merged Nelson Sport Co.,Ltd as one of its subsidiaries and continued its development in Taiwan market in Dec, 2007.

• 2016　Added FILA KIDS line into the company in May, 2016. All     FILA line were operated by Nelson Sport Co.,Ltd.

• 2017　The company was acquired by Tainan Enterprise (Cayman)  Co., Ltd. as one of its subsidiaries in Aug, 2017.

• 2020　Invested in Overtop Sport Co., Ltd
